I am Reiki 1 & 2 certified and use this to help you release any energy stuck in the body. I use a variety of tools during my Reiki sessions, including Sage, Crystals, Crystal Singing Bowls, and a Crystal Pendulum.
To give an idea of what a session with me will be like, here's a step by step of my process:
I like to begin by inviting you to talk about anything you've been dealing with, the things that have been weighing on you, or causing you distress. This is optional, of course, but I like to create space to listen if it's needed.
Once you've said all you have to say, I clear the space by burning some Sage, specifically over your body. This is also optional, as not all people like the smell of Sage and some are sensitive to smoke, so I always ask before lighting it.
It's at this point that I ask you to lay on the massage table, face up, and I test each of your Chakras with my pendulum. After I've tested each Chakra, I then place my Chakra Crystals on each Chakra of the body. This helps to open up energy flow as the Crystals naturally balance and support the associated Chakra's energy.
After the Crystals are in place, I begin playing my Crystal Singing Bowls. Each Singing Bowl is tuned to the frequency of the associated Chakra, and I play them intuitively, intentionally projecting Reiki energy through the bowls as I play.
Once the Singing Bowls have cleared the air, I begin the Reiki on your body. I place my hands above your body, feeling your energy and tapping into the places you may need support to allow energy to open up and flow.
*Note: The only places on your body I may touch are your hands, feet and head. If you prefer that I don't touch at all, please communicate and I have no problem honoring that.
After I play the Singing Bowls one last time, I begin removing the Chakra Crystals and ask you to begin moving your fingers and toes to bring your awareness back to your body.
You take your time sitting yourself up, and from there you can decide to share your experience with me, or you can decide to end the session.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns! I would be happy to explain more or answer any questions you may have.
My sessions are general and rough guidelines as I prioritize completing the work needed in each session, including discussion before and after the session, so I'm not concerned if we go a little over the allotted time. I will account for your schedule if you need the session completed by a certain time.
